I’ve been so blessed to have worked with some of Ottawa’s coolest brands and companies. From big organizations to small local businesses, no client is too big or too small for me!
Below you can find where my work has been featured with these companies at:
Camarena Tequila, Sapporo USA, LVD Fitness, Industria Pizzeria, NAC-CNA, APT613, Vintage By Esma, The Drop, Jessie King Style, Iron North Studio, Active Health Institute Hintonbrug.
When I’m taking photos I’m normally highly sociable; not when I’m shooting events though.
The priority is candid moments for me, I like to be the fly on the wall. Observing. Searching for and capturing key moments that help describe the story of the event.
Events showcased on this page:
Ky Cares 2018 - Boys Football Camp,
NAC-CNA: 50th Anniversary OPEN HOUSE, Annual Public Meeting 2019, Beers, Beats & Beethoven
The funny thing about me is I never played high school sports and was the classic skinny Filipino kid. But ironically, it was when I decided to compete in powerlifting (my first competitive sport) where I saw massive improvements in not only my skills in photography but also massive positive changes in myself.
Below are a collection of photos from commercial work I’ve done with:
LVD Fitness, LVD Media, Moov Ottawa, 613Believe, North Pole Hoops, Natalie Alport, and Michael Soy
Over the years I’ve been known as half photographer, half pose coach when I photograph a portrait session.
I believe everyone has an inner model hidden inside of them and I think the secret to getting great portraits is to have the subject as comfortable as possible. Early on when I first started taking portraits I didn’t know how to find models so I just asked my friends to model for me. I had to learn quickly how to dig that inner model out of them to be able to get amazing looking photos.
90% of the people photographed here have no prior modeling experience and some even had their first photoshoot from these photos!
Nightlife is easily one of my favorite fields of photography to work in. Without the camera, I’m already known as that guy who can’t stop dancing, making new friends at the bar, and having fun once the music starts bumping. It’s not hard for me to find “action” photos because the “action” is probably always around me.
A silly goal I like to keep in the back of my head is to take amazing photos every night because most of the patrons will wake up with a massive headache and with no memory of the night before so I try to make sure the photos I take will live up to the same hype as the patron’s exaggerations when they talk about how last night was a “movie.”

I remember taking my first nice photo when I first started traveling. This photo was nice; the type of nice where you make it as your computer background. I remember I would just stare at my empty desktop screen and just couldn’t believe I produced something that was worthy enough to be a default background screen.
That feeling is one of the best in the world and I chase that feeling every time I’m walking around a city for the first time with my camera in my hand.

I love shoes.
I love the feeling when the store clerk hands you the box of shoes in your size for you to checkout. I love the feeling when you go home, open the box and open the wrapping paper to see that fresh pair of sneakers waiting for you to take them out. And the best feeling of them all is finally putting them on and feeling like a million dollars with your brand new shoes.
